In response to the announcements made yesterday by the FDA, December 6, 2011 regarding the removal of homeopathic HCG from the market place we issue this letter of reassurance. We are completely aware of the statements made by the FDA and have our own strong opinions of them.
What is currently happening is an attempt, AGAIN, to pull HCG off the market. Read this exact quote from the FDA’s website. Go directly to their site and review it. Want a good laugh, watch the video! (Note, these companies were warned multiple times over the past year and they ignored the warnings.)
“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) today issued seven Warning Letters to companies marketing over-the counter (OTC) HCG products that are labeled as “homeopathic” for weight loss… The letters warn the companies that they are violating federal law by selling drugs that have not been approved, and by making unsupported claims for the substances. There are no FDA-approved HCG drug products for weight loss… According to the Warning Letters, the companies have 15 days to notify the FDA of the steps they have taken to correct the violations cited. We completely understand the fear that can enter when you feel your livelihood being threatened. It is important to remember that our exclusive vibrationally charged glycerin product does not contain ANY HCG hormone nor any trace of it. Our manufacturing facilities and the manufacturing practices of our products are 100% FDA compliant. Our products ingredients have been reviewed and given the manufacturing approval by cGMP Certification. The results however, have never been approved by the FDA. They were too busy approving drugs like Vioxx!
As you know, our vibrational products are manufactured using extremely sophisticated, patented technology which enables the energetic signature of specific ingredients to be placed within the glycerin base. This is not the same as having physical ingredients and is again not recognized by the FDA.
What does this mean? You just got a bigger share of the endless weight loss market! Thank you Mr. FDA! People will never settle for less results than we offer, period!
As long as you are promoting your products in the manner we have educated you previously, your business is secure. Just to review and be clear, these are the guidelines that must be followed by ANY nutritional product that is marketed:
1. DO NOT make specific health claims regarding the use of a “product”.
2. All results need to be attributed to your system and not the product itself.
3. Program testimonials must be stated as a personal experience and not fact.
To stop this battle once and for all, what we have chosen to do, and what we also recommend that you do, is work diligently to remove the word “HCG” out of your marketing, verbiage and off labels as soon as you can. Let’s stop the fear. The products work, call it mud if you want to. With results like we see, it won’t matter what we call it! People will always want it!
