They lower the risk of cancer and heart disease, as well as keep vision keen and urinary health in top shape. They also contain many anti-inflammatory properties, so you really can’t go wrong with these guys!
Olive oil has lots of monounsaturated fat, which lowers the risks associated with heart disease and many cancers. Most people on good diets today are told to use olive oil (instead of butter, margarine and other oils) because of the health benefits associated with it, but that doesn’t mean you should load up on it – fat is fat, so eat it in moderate amounts.

Apples are very healthy, but be careful to try to get organic ones, because most apples have been sprayed with pesticides.
