Take Care of Your Health
Training for any endurance event can be grueling on the body if you don’t take proper care of yourself. Make sure to drink extra water every day. Don’t just drink water during your workouts; make sure to drink plenty before and after. Also as an athlete you want to make sure you are drinking and eating other proper foods. Take care of yourself by brushing your teeth daily, flossing and using mouthwash. The more you care for your health, the better you will feel. Take care of yourself for a super star finish.
