8 c. cabbage, shredded
1 med. red onion, slivered
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ T. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Blend
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and mist lightly with olive oil pan spray.
Add cabbage, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Stir and fry for 4-6 minutes or until cabbage it crisptender.
