SILVER SPRINGS, MD, August 23, 2012 – The Food And Drug Administration, (FDA), along with the Federal Trade Commission, have sent letters instructing several manufacturers of Homeopathic HCG Diet Drops, that their products are illegal, and can no longer be sold. Consumers have been advised to destroy any remaining Homeopathic HCG Diet Drops that may be in their possession.
This is a significant setback to an Industry that has really taken off. The impetus for the FDA’s action was the number of complaints about the products made as Homeopathics.
