1 c. Fat Free cottage cheese
¼ t. garlic powder
¼ t. onion powder
2 t. white wine vinegar
¼ c. skim milk
1 t. chopped chives
Procedure:
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Refrigerate in tightly sealed container.
Makes approx. 1 ½ cups; serving size of 2 tablespoons each
